Crayola CreativityCast: GIVEAWAY!

Have you participated in a Twitter Girls' Night Out yet? I haven't, but I am looking forward to my first tonight. This Tuesday and all the Tuesdays in August, GNO will be sponsored by Crayola. Join in the "party" to talk about Affordable Fun. With three active little girls in the house, I am always looking for affordable, fun ideas!

And in honor of Crayola's Girls' Night Out sponsorship, Crayola and My Blog Spark will be sending me a pack of Crayola products to try. But even better, I will be giving away a Crayola prize pack every week for the next four weeks!!!

To win this week, just give me an idea of some affordable fun you enjoy with your kids. I will pick a winner on Monday, 8/3. I hope to see your Twitter IDs tonight at the GNO!

Affordable fun with my kids is dancing in the living room. Or going to a playground. Also, I just learned about letterboxing (google it), which is all kinds of fun and free.

Anything outside: swimming at the lake, hiking in the woods, building a snowfort (brrrr!), going to a park, riding bikes, and the list could go on forever!

We love to go for a hike--takes all day and we might even come home with some huckleberries!

affordable fun = a big bowl of water and some paint brushes + a sunny day and disappearing "ink". He's only 2 - many years to come, I fear...

I love crafting with my daughter. The dollar store has terrifc craft supplies--everything from pipe cleaners to paint to fun paper. She can use as many googly eyes as she want and my wallet is still happy.
